The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industrial sector, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of German is a significant advantage.

Job Description:

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the client’s products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The successful candidate will leverage their industrial sector experience to implement and maintain robust quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control:
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement and improve quality control processes.

• Root Cause Analysis:
  • Investigate and analyze product defects or non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and testing results.
  • Generate regular quality performance reports for management review.

• Supplier Quality Management:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance.

• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the quality control framework.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.

• Multilingual Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams in French and English.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus and would be beneficial for communication with international stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in French and English; German language skills are a plus.
