Job Summary:

As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will work closely with the engineering team to support the design, improvement, and implementation of various industrial processes. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in an industrial setting.

The successful candidate will be involved in analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze existing industrial processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Design and Optimization:

• Assist in designing and implementing improvements to industrial processes.
• Work on projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.

• Data Collection and Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data related to industrial processes.
• Use statistical tools to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, improvements, and outcomes.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control, to implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management on project status and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
